Nationwide coverage
We work throughout France. For isolated jobs far from our bases, lead times may exceed 15 days.
Assignments
Prices exclude VAT for businesses and include VAT for individuals, set transparently according to your situation. Contract terms are available on request and formalised in a contract.
Reliable lead times
We keep to the dates we give, for both the visit and the results. If that is not possible, you are told before the visit.
Fair service
Price and service bases are the same for every client in the same area, with a service that meets regulatory requirements.
Confidentiality
Information gathered stays confidential: never disclosed to unauthorised third parties, sold or used for marketing. You can ask us to update it at any time and to erase it within a month once your rating expires.
Insurance
Our work is covered by professional liability insurance with AVIVA Assurances.
Satisfaction
We assess the quality of our service after every assignment. Complaints are always handled under our internal procedure (ISO/IEC 17020), available below.
