An accredited body for rating hotels and tourist accommodation, the firm was founded in 2014 by three partners from other inspection bodies. At the time it had eleven people across France, including one on Réunion Island.
To fulfil its mission, 2 B & G Qualité has set itself high standards: compliance with ISO 17020 for inspection bodies and its procedures, with Atout France’s texts, and client satisfaction. Its team, mostly from the tourism industry, knows the field inside out.

It is a delicate role: subject to regular COFRAC assessments, Atout France validation and the relationship with clients, who pay for the service. Training, supporting and retaining staff are therefore essential.
A partner of many tourist offices and local authorities, the firm grows through the satisfaction and recommendations of its clients and partners, with close to 30% growth a year and a 99.5% satisfaction rate.
